Middlesbrough College, Marton Campus
A new college is being built on the Middlehaven area (NZ5020) which will incorporate all of the fragmented campuses. Due to open in 2008. This land is scheduled for housing.

The car park and dropping off area seems to have become inadequate on busy days leading to some congestion!
This is now a very large Hospital since the old Middlesbrough General closed down.
