Casebourne Road, Hartlepool
The road is named in memory of Charles Casebourne, a Hartlepool entrepreneur who founded a cement works at Longhill in 1863, in partnership with my great-grandfather, Albert Lucas.

This is the site of the old railways sheds in West Hartlepool. The site had a turntable, which if it had been saved would have been a tourist goldmine.
