Road junction in Yarm
This photograph shows a view of a road junction on a housing estate in Yarm. The junction is formed by the intersection of Goulton Close (the minor road) with Glaisdale Road (from where the photograph was taken). The picture was taken looking in a west-north-westerly direction towards the River Leven.

Kirk Road, Yarm
The original site of this small town is in a loop of the Tees, but in recent times Yarm has spread out far to the south and east. This area of housing development occupies a large area between the A1044 and the edge of the Tees valley.
