Yarm Town Hall
Charming little brick built town hall of 1710. It once had an arched open ground floor. A plaque on the south wall marks the height of the March 1811 flood. There are similarities to Northallerton as both towns have curving main streets lined with 18th century buildings, though Yarm's town hall is far nicer than the 19th century effort in Northallerton.

Wesleyan Chapel, Yarm
Situated to the east of the High Street, the octagonal chapel dates from 1763 and was described by Wesley as being 'by far the most elegant in England'. Some of the elegance is lost by the later additions. Submitted for this square as the 1:25000 map shows it some 50m from the grid line.
