Direction Sign ? Signpost on Sexhow Lane in Hutton Rudby
Located in a garden on the east side of the T junction of Sexhow Lane, The Wynd and Entrepen in Hutton Rudby parish. 3 arms and annulus finial. The Yarm arm is a replacement at some time after 2011.

There is something odd about these two old road signs. The hill is not very steep, and the sign is a long way from the T-junction at the bottom. See also Image] for another comment.

Old road sign, Hutton Rudby
Neatly painted, they are usually, and were in their era, somewhat faded. I suspect that Hutton Rudby has been used as a set in a period drama. The sign is appropriate for the location, with a big hill and junction ahead.

A corner of the Green at Hutton Rudby
The dwellings opposite are at the eastern end of a row known as North Side.
It seems, that as if by accident the Green has been cut in two by the road to Yarm, seen here going off to the left.
