Stone Stile SW5533a
On a well-used path between Tremelling and Porthcollum. The path crosses an agricultural field and exits onto Porthcollum Lane, which is where the stile can be found.
It is a coffen type, but the spaces between the stones have become filled in.
Coffen stile – a stile built over a pit – like a granite cattle grid.
Coffen is a Cornish word for a man-made hole in the ground
