Wesley Buildings, Redruth
Set back from Station Road on the south side of Wesley Street, the late Victorian Wesley Buildings are managed by the Methodist Church in Redruth for the benefit of the community. The inscription above the doorway is WESLEY CENTENARY MEMORIAL 1891. The centenary in question is the hundred years since the death of John Wesley, one of the founders of Methodism. He died in March 1791. The building was Grade II listed (as Wesley Centenary Memorial Hall) in 1989. Redruth Methodist Church http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4988086 is on the right.

Accessed from the corner of Station Road and Wesley Street. The inscriptions on the pediment are WESLEY 1826 CHAPEL and REDRUTH METHODIST CHURCH. The building was Grade II listed in 1989.
