Lockers for bikes, Camborne railway station
Lockers are provided for cyclists at Camborne station. This is perhaps the start of a great change in attitudes to cyclists, who may become the norm in future decades. Climate change considerations and health concerns would be the decisive factors.

This train dont stop Camborne
If you have seen Cornish Comedian Jethro you will know that he tells the tale of the train that does not stop at Camborne on Wednesday. This train was not stopping but was powering up the grade from Penponds and onwards towards Redruth on the Penzance to Plymouth main line. On the left in the old goods yard can be seen the Magnet store.This was the view west from the downside platform.
