Sithney: St John?s Mill
A converted watermill on the outskirts of Helston in Sithney parish. It stands near the foot of Sithney Old Hill, the original route out of Helston towards Penzance, now bypassed by the A394. The mill was powered by a long contour leat from a weir on the Sithney stream, a tributary of the river Cober, and worked until 1937.
