Penryn railway station, Cornwall
Opened in 1863 by the Cornwall Railway on the line from Truro to Falmouth. View south towards Penmere and Falmouth. The 1863 station was further left than this image, and was realigned to here in 1923. Only the one long platform on the left was in use at the time this image was taken.

A label on the grey box shows that it was manufactured by Samuel James Engineering Ltd of Leicester
for Amey Inter-Urban. The cubicle weighs 468kg (about 1,030lbs or nearly half a ton).
