North end of platform 2
Penryn railway station consists of a long platform divided in two, with platform 1 for trains towards Falmouth and platform 2 towards Truro. A passing loop enables the down train to pass the up train before crossing from the loop into platform 1. The platform starter signal for platform 2 is CL3834.
