Taken 40 minutes after Image The brighter light on the maple has the effect of draining the brightness out of the blue wall, which is now darker than the leaves - partly the exposure, and perhaps also the change in the sun direction.

The garden at High Cross House
The garden includes several sweet chestnut trees (one on the right). An apple tree is by the hedge on the left. There are some modern sculptures in the garden. The small post, beyond the hedge on the right is the lower end of a zip-wire, for children to send teddy-bears from the rooftop balcony flying over the garden.
