Kingsbridge houses [28]
South Place, numbers 1 to 4 The Promenade, are a row of four houses set back from the road. Built in the early to mid 19th century of stuccoed stone under a slate roof. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1263739 Kingsbridge is a market town in the South Hams district of Devon. It is located at the head of an estuary some 17 miles southwest of Torquay and about 17 miles southeast of Plymouth. The town formed around a bridge built in or before the 10th century between two royal estates, giving it the name of Kyngysbrygge ("King's bridge"). Situated in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the South Devon coast, the town is a popular tourist destination.

Kingsbridge buildings [80]
The Maltmill, Ebrington Street, is dated 1802. Constructed of coursed rubble stone under a hipped slate roof. The property has been converted into apartments. Kingsbridge : Harbour House
On the Promenade at the head of the Kingsbridge estuary (opposite the Information Centre). Inside they have classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation. Painting, life drawing and contemporary drawing, and a children's art club.
