The path is of immense value to cyclists and pedestrians alike. It runs alongside the very busy ring road.

Remains of old STC/Bookham site, Paignton
The building which remains after demolition looks as if it contains a transmitter mast which may be why it has been left untouched. It does have the appearance of something left behind after bombing. Further away one can see some of the buildings used by South Devon College. Also see Image]

Part of the Fusion development near Roselands. The road climbing to the right is Parkbay Avenue. Ahead on the left is Wilkins Drive, leading to the A3022, and a sharper left turn is Yannons Road, leading to Aldi.
