Former nursing home, Paignton
This was the Silverlawns Nursing Home, on a large corner site (.52 acre) on Totnes Road close to the centre of town. I think you can expect this building to be demolished, which will radically change the local landscape (though there is lapsed planning consent for alterations and change of use to form 21 sheltered residential flats).
