Kirkham House, Paignton
A complete medieval house in a backstreet where the only other traces of the old Paignton are in the intricate road layout. There was much restoration in 1960 - for instance, the mullioned windows. The house, in the care of English Heritage, is described at http://www.english-heritage.org.uk/upload/pdf/kirkham_house.pdf .
