Obstructed footpath, Barton
So your fence is falling over. Simply jam some timber between it and the wall across whatever that is behind your property - oh, a footpath or something. Nobody ever uses it. (Footpath TQ 24, by the way). Apologies for the blur; it's a sunny day out there, but it's very gloomy in the depths of this misused path.
