Closed premises, Chelston

Villas in Chelston
At the junction of Solsbro Road and Rousdown Road, this pair of semi-detached villas are "a grand typically Torbay design in a prominent position in Chelston, an unspoiled C19 suburb of Torquay" http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1206836&searchtype=mapsearch . Both have been hotels - I'm not sure that either still is.
