Footpath to Woodleys Meadow
Footpath TQ 164#1 passes The Corbyn self-catering apartments building, reflected in a puddle, having just left the coast path along the Torbay Road. A rather larger puddle awaits, beneath the railway bridge in the background. Both are a result of a torrential cloudburst earlier in the day.

Puddle beneath railway bridge, Livermead
"At around 2pm, more than 32mm of rain an hour was falling in parts of the county" https://www.devonlive.com/news/devon-news/live-flooding-weather-rain-devon-4462395 . This was taken less than three hours later, in bright sunshine. I failed to bring my wellies, so following footpath TQ 164#1 into the former meadow will have to await a further visit.
