Steps to Fleet Street, Torquay in the snow
Snowy steps lead down to a snowy Fleet Street, where at least pedestrians trying to find out which stores are open need not worry about traffic, as the road is, once again, closed for roadworks ("regeneration scheme - phase 3" http://www.torbay.gov.uk/news/pr7660/ ). The resulting route taken by buses such as the number 12 from Cary Parade to Newton Abbot is dizzyingly complicated.
