I'm not sure that the name "Heathcliff" suggests a very warm and hospitable welcome. Next door on the right is the Ashwood Grange Hotel, retaining an attractive villa-style tower. These are on Newton Road.

Those responsible for marketing this establishment appear to be unfamiliar with the character of the principal protagonist of "Wuthering Heights". Heathcliff House is on the Newton Road in Torquay.
