25 and 27 Lower Brimley Road
The middle house of a group of three semi-detached villas in polychrome brick. Older houses such as these display polychrome brickwork, the hard cream Kingsteignton brick providing greater strength at corners, window and door surrounds and, occasionally garden wall plinths and copings. Here (and notably in Higher Brimley) there are courses of studded cream bricks. Looking at the very regular stone dressings I wonder if these are of an artificial stone, perhaps even Coade stone, for which all the ingredients are found locally.

A Teignmouth bollard
There are lots of these sorts all over town. The fish theme is a common one, as is the town's crest (recorded as 'Argent, a Saltire engrailed between four fleur de lis gules'. The dog fouling sticker appears to have been overlaid on an older version, curiously.

Belgrave Terrace, Teignmouth
A terrace of 13; superstition is partly assuaged by naming the house at this end "Belgrave House", and the remainder numbered 1-12.
