Fudge Kitchen replaces an estate agent, Bank Street, Teignmouth
The view is across Den Road. Orchard Gardens starts just to the right of Fudge Kitchen. Before it was an estate agent it was a shop selling bags and umbrellas, I think. Or shoes. Bank Street has seen several shops close, with a consequent increase in the number of coffee shops.
