Wrayland Manor
Archetypal chocolate box Devon thatched house in the hamlet of Wrayland. A quick search on eBay shows several old postcards of this particular building, calling it variously the Hall House and an "Old Cottage".

Lustleigh: Wreyland Manor
At one time the home of Cecil Torr (1857-1928), the author of 'Small Talk at Wreyland' first published in 1918. A semi-autobiographical study of life in the village in the Victorian era. Torr was in some ways more than a local historian and had been educated at Harrow and Trinity College, Cambridge
