Ilsington Woods, Greater Stitchwort
Greater Stitchwort is a common wildflower throughout most of Britain. It is a pretty flower appearing in woodland and hedgerows in springtime. Its name originates from its ancient herbal use of alleviating a "stitch" in the side.
