Newtake Rise, Newton Abbot
A road on the Newtake estate, which provide a quick link between Shaldon Road and St Marychurch Road, making it rather busy during rush hours. On the far side of St Marychurch Road (which runs down a small valley) is Penn Inn Plantation, separating it from the Milber estate.
