Spire, Riviera Life Church, Torquay
The former Elim Pentecostal Church, and former Wesleyan Methodist church, with its "tall octagonal ashlar spire", is "a late C13 Gothic revival style", according to http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-390481-torbay-christian-centre-elim-pentecostal . It dates from 1873.

Viewed across Babbacombe Road. The tall spire is octagonal. The building dates from 1873,
erected for the Wesleyan Methodists. It was later Torbay Christian Centre (Elim Pentecostal Church).
