Fleet Street, Torquay, in the snow
As explained at Image], the road is closed for regeneration scheme - phase 3 roadworks. Presumably the tyre tracks are from vehicles either heading to and from the roadworks, or undertaking deliveries to shop premises that have opened in spite of the snow.
