The Old School Centre, South Brent
In 1997 Devon County Council built a new school in South Brent. The old Victorian school was bought by the local community with grant aid and is used as a community centre. The village Pre-School is based there, along with a community library, a gallery for photo, art etc displays by local groups and individuals, and the rooms are used for a variety of adult and child classes, talks, and exhibitions such as our Arts and Crafts one that the banner advertises. It's a valuable and well used resource in the village.
