Crowborough Station
Located two miles from the town centre in Jarvis Brook. It was opened in 1868 and was originally called Rotherfield but then changed to Crowborough and Jarvis Brook which remained the name until the 1970s when it was shortened to just Crowborough.

View NE, towards Eridge, Oxted and London: ex-London, Brighton & South Coast Railway London - Oxted - Eridge - Lewes (- Brighton) line, which was closed beyond Uckfield from 4/5/69. The station was 'Crowborough & Jarvis Brook' until 12/5/80. (Cf. Image]).

Crowborough railway station, East Sussex, 2014
Opened in 1868 as Rotherfield on the London Brighton & South Coast Railway line from Oxted to Uckfield and Lewes. For most of its existence it was known as Crowborough & Jarvis Brook.
View north east towards Eridge and Oxted. The footbridge was replaced in 2022 - see Image for a 2023 view from a similar camera position.
