St. Leonard's Gardens, St. Leonards
St Leonards Gardens was originally laid out as a private garden for the Burton family who built St. Leonards. The Gardens were bought by the town in 1879.

Clock House, Maze Hill, St Leonards
This villa was built in Gothic style by James Burton in 1828 as part of his development of St Leonards. The building actually consists of three storeys as can be seen when its other side is viewed from St Leonards Park.
