The William Caxton, Tenterden
A Shepherd Neame pub on West Cross, at junction with Small Hythe Road. Until 1951 the house was known as the Black Horse but was renamed as part of the Festival of Britain celebrations which coincided with the 460th anniversary of the death of William Caxton who was born in Tenterden.
