This building plot is for a two storey dwelling on land south east adjoining St Anns, Ashford Road, Bilsington, Kent with access off Ashford Road. The planning application (09/01039/AS) was approved by Ashford Borough Council. The dwelling will have a marvellous view over Romney Marsh and the monument to Sir Roger William Cosway, the top of which can be seen on the far left of the frame, just to the right of the hedge.
