Looking across former allotments, Ashford
From the Stour Valley Walk footpath. The house are in Gordon Close, where further new houses are being constructed. The notices on the fence round the former allotments read "construction site keep out" so this land will be developed sometime in the future. In the far distance is Cbarter House, in the centre of Ashford.

Henwood Pumping Station, beam engine
This is one of the two Thomas Horn single column Woolf compound beam engines that drove reduction geared pumps at this waterworks. One was early 1870s and the other 1881. This engine is now displayed at Preston Court Farm Image
