The store is located opposite Trafalgar House for which planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 17/01357/AS for a “6 storey development comprising ground floor retail/restaurant premises use class A1/A2/A3/A4/A5 with 14 1-bedroom flats above with roof terraces”.

Elwick Road, Ashford
This junction has been designed on Dutch principles so that traffic and pedestrians can mix without barriers or lights. Pedestrians crossing from over the railway to go to the centre of town straight ahead are meant to cross on either side of the grey paved area whilst traffic on Elwick Road, which is part of the inner ring road, is meant to slow down on seeing the paved area.

Planning permission was granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 16/00963/AS for a “single-storey roof extension containing 3 self-contained flats, and external changes including modification of entrance/s and glazing”. To its left, the Image have been completed and interested parties are being invited to place reservations on the apartments.
