Cranbrook Roofscape
Viewed from the Union windmill, Cranbrook school is the prominent building centre right. The houses in the foreground won a design award, despite not fitting in with their environment, being covered with slate roof and cedar cladding, amongst lots of listed buildings of red brick and tile construction.
