Old Milestone by the A25, Maidstone Road, Seal parish
Metal plate attached to stone post by the A25, in parish of SEAL (SEVENOAKS District), Maidstone Road, East of village, on grass verge in gap of holly hedge in front of wooden fence, on North side of road. Wrotham iron plate, erected by the Wrotham Heath turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- MAIDSTONE 14 GODSTONE 14½ Carved benchmark and rivet on top. Kent HER.
