Ox-eye daisies on Shipbourne Common
The Common at Shipbourne is a very impressive sight during the early summer as the wild flowers are allowed to flower before the area is mown. Ox-eye daisies are particularly prominent here, but knapweed and bird's-foot trefoil are also much in evidence. The Greensand Way crosses Shipbourne Common.
