Cottages at The Sands
The lower/middle gable of the nearest buildings is marked with the date 1900, and the left-hand of the pair of cottages calls itself 'Century House', so I guess it acquired that name in 2000.

Evelith Manor Gatelodge
Grade II listed http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101176309-evelith-manor-lodge-and-adjoining-gatepiers-shifnal in 1984, along with the adjoining gatepiers, one of which is visible here. The lodge dates from the mid 19th century.

Grade II listed in 1984 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101176309-evelith-manor-lodge-and-adjoining-gatepiers-shifnal, along with the adjoining lodge. The drive leads to the (also Grade II listed) Evelith Manor, to which there is no public access.
