The southern approach to Lowood Bridge
The vehicular traffic on this narrow bridge over the River Tweed on the B6374 is controlled by traffic lights. For the second year running, blue tits have made a nest in the pole of the traffic lights on the right and were feeding young when this photo was taken. An unusual nest site at Lowood Bridge
For the second year running, blue tits have made a nest in the upright of a set of traffic lights at Lowood Bridge over the River Tweed.
