Footbridge over the Leader Water near Clackmae
A suspension footbridge on the Earlston Circular walk. The footpath to the right is to Earlston via Mill Bank. The notice on the bridge advises a maximum of 4 people to cross at any one time.

Ford near Earlston
Just north-west of the village of Earlston is this ford through Leader Water. On the day this photo was taken, the depth of water meant that there was no possibility of driving through it. Luckily for pedestrians, there is the alternative of a footbridge.
