A line of beeches, just turning, above the Boondreigh Water. Boon Hill beyond.

Strip wood, High Cross
The maps show a road here, but there is only a well used path running through the strip wood. Soon this too is blocked - by spruce trees. Looking south, with barley stubble on the right and a herd of cattle grazing on the left side of the wood.
