Old cigarette machine
Evidence that there is sometimes progress. Easily and cheaply available cigarettes in the 1970s. 20p a packet off a street machine, no control over who buys them. In contrast, the minimum age for purchase is about to be raised to 18 (1/10/07). Outside an old shop in Ayton.
