A starling murmuration at Eyemouth
The birds are roosting in a line of conifer trees at Eyemouth Holiday Park. The starlings still congregate in good numbers but maybe not as many as a few days ago.

Glistening rosehips
Stunningly bright - great crop of rosehips this year, very tempted to start wine-making again! Rosehips make a very lovely pale rosé wine, which in storage becomes sparkling in the next year when the plants come back into bloom - if you can keep it that long!! ...see also Image
