Clovenfords from Meigle Hill
The village has expanded with new houses and school over the last few years. In earlier times it had a railway station on the Peebles - Galashiels line as well as a commercial vineyard.

Clovenfords Roundabout
This is the point where the B710 crosses the A72. The Clovenfords Hotel is on the far side of the roundabout. In the not too distant past there was no roundabout here and the alignment of the A72 from the west was significantly different from what it now is.
