Anything could happen in the ten years?
Galashiels Academy looking rather like W.A.S.P. HQ from Stingray. I don't think it sinks into its own bunker though. A very fine location in policies (with distracting views), it is planned to move into a new building but the location is of course very sensitive and there is a lot of opposition and arguments have been ongoing for many years now.

Galashiels Academy
Viewed from the playing pitches to the west-southwest of the school. This building replaced two schools at Roxburgh Street and Melrose Road and was formally opened on 23rd September 1964 by HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. An extension was added in 1969 and a games hall constructed on part of the playing fields in 1974. For more information, see the school website at www.galashiels.scotborders.sch.uk
