This filling station on Albert Place in Galashiels is one of many properties on a piece of ground between Albert Place and Huddersfield Street that will be demolished (subject to a compulsory purchase order), in order to acquire land for a road link known as the Galashiels Inner Relief Road 2 Scheme, that will bypass the town centre.
