Ellen's Cottages, Burnham-on-Sea
Set back 40 metres from the west side of Berrow Road. The Capture Burnham website states that this terrace of almshouses was built in 1868 to house ten poor women. The construction was financed by an endowment given by John Saunders in memory of Ellen, his late wife. The accommodation was later reduced from ten to seven.
