The George Hotel, Crewkerne

Market Square, Crewkerne
Crewkerne is a market town with over 1000 years of history. Its growth stemmed from the textile industry. A weekly market is still held in Crewkerne, but it is now held in South Street Car Park.

Lloyds Bank, Crekerne...
...in a fine converted 18th Century house facing the market square. The cash machine and filled-in window hardly enhance the façade, but at least the bank is still open, as of July 2016.
