A fiery ice-cream?
As this is Somerset, this is a row of Wyverns (don't mention dragons!), which represents the county on much of the official branding.

County Hall, Taunton
Otherwise known as 'A block' as it was intended as the first phase of a larger development, this grade II listed building (list entry 1246219) was designed by E. Mitre House
Occupying a rather old and historical site, this more modern building is Mitre House. Designed in 1867 by J. F. Bentley it was part of the Convent of Perpetual Adoration. It was also known earlier as St Paul's House as it was on the site of the mediaeval Chapel of St Paul. There is a benchmark on the corner by the fire hydrant sign - see Image

The Mitre House, Park Street, Taunton
Listed grade II (entry 1344772, under the name St Paul's House), this comprises two buildings of different dates: to the left, the Convent of Perpetual Adoration by J F Bentley, 1867, and to the right an earlier house of c.1800. See Image for a different view of the convent building and a bit more history. The History Files website explains that the Catholic Franciscan order was established in 1808, and owned this building until it was sold to the Sisters of St Joseph of Annecy in 1950.
